EDIT: Josh doesnt believe flexible dieting to be an eating disorder. However from his experience a percentage of flexible dieters do build an unhealthy addiction to tracking their food in a manner that leads to them resenting social occassions with food thats hard to calculate, eating more processed and easy to input foods and avoiding recipes with lots of ingredients. This said, flexible dieting can be a great dieting tool if used correctly and understood and can certainly have a lot of health benefits. At the end of the day its about what works for YOU and your lifestyle. Find your own balance :)
