Caress graduated from the esteemed Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates degree in European Pastry from Anne Arundel Community college. Caress started Henny Penny's Patisserie in 2015 but opened the storefront doors on November, 2018.
