Frances Cutshaw of Braver Communities lives in Pensacola with her husband, three children, and her dog. They are a Navy family and Frances' background is in social work, non-profit leadership, and pastoring. Frances just completed tenure as Executive Director of the United Ministries in Pensacola.

Rebecca Montenegro is prior military and formerly a contractor in Afghanistan. She is currently a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Caress graduated from the esteemed Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates degree in European Pastry from Anne Arundel Community college. Caress started Henny Penny's Patisserie in 2015 but opened the storefront doors on November, 2018.
