Now more than ever we need to check in with ourselves. Mental health is something many don't think of and sometimes we just need to take time to sit back and see how we're dealing with our everyday lives. How was your week? Did you take care of business? On this weekly series my journey begins with normalizing mental issues in men, normalizing conversations, and providing an environment not only for myself but for those listening where the conversation happens organically and respectfully. We all go through things, why is it hard to talk about?

My spiritual journey has been a trial from learning what it means to be closer to god and by how driving him away brought me to my lowest point.
