    • Non-Profit

We are back with our second episode brought to you by ALSA International in collaboration with ALSA Thailand. In this episode, we talked about our mental health experiences that we have gone through during our time in law school and as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We discussed how common most of us felt burnout due to the high expectations demanded by the legal profession and we also talked about our experiences in having to deal with our own imposter syndrome.

Disclaimer: The speakers are not medical or mental health professionals. We are just your ordinary law students sharing our experiences and maybe providing some insights from our own experiences on how we cope with our mental health experiences in law school and we hope that our fellow students may benefit from this episode. We highly encourage you to seek professional help or go to therapy if you are struggling with your mental health.

Guest Speakers: President of ALSA Thailand, Nicolas Ranza together with his Vice President, Nichakul Akkaragumtorn (Maple)
