As someone who’s no stranger to “survival mode” (hello motherhood), I’ve come to the conclusion that it gets a bad rap! It takes SO MUCH to just survive. I truly believe the opposite of surviving isn’t thriving, it’s dying. Survival skills are praised in the wilderness. So why isn’t survival praised in other wilderness facets of life?!
