The Bible can be hard to understand at times, especially for teens like myself. My mission is to do as the Lord has called on his servants to do and that is to go out and spread his gospel. In my podcast series I will take scriptures and break them down to help me and you both understand them and apply what the Lord is telling us to our everyday lives. I am not a world renowned pastor or a preacher who has traveled the world preaching. But I am an 18 year old girl who loves the Lord and wants to share his love with everyone one of you. Isaiah 55. Why do you spend money on what cannot nourish you?
Do not try to gain a following for wrong things because as Christians God has promised us our own followers that we must bring us to him for he will not judge them but forgive them.

Are you tilling your land? Proverbs 28.
In this scripture reading we learn that “He that tillerh his land shall have plenty of bread, but he that followers after vain persons shall have poverty enough.” My question is are you rolling your land to have a strong foundation and relationship with God?

A fools mouth is his own destruction. Proverbs 18
In this episode while reading Proverbs 18 we learned that a full his mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul. From this we learn how we death and life are in the power of the tongue and as Christians we are here to spread God‘s wisdom and not here to spread foolishness.

Trust God in trying times. Daniel 3
Daniel 3 talks about the three men that were thrown into the fiery furnace because they would not worship and how to a golden image of king Nebchadnez’zar. They trusted in their God and didn’t deny him, and God protected them and brought them out of the furnace untouched. We must learn to trust in God during trying times and know he is always with us.

When the time is right, the Lord will make it happen.
Many of us want things we pray for given to us right away, but the Lord has three responses to what we ask him for. He says Yes, No, and Not right now. But if the Lord wants it to be done, it will be. When the time is right.

The Lord will bless his faithful servants. Isaiah 65
Living as a Christian in today’s society can be very difficult. Many of us want to be of this world and follow our own plans and turn away from the plans God has set for us. However, this chapter helps us realize how we will be rewarded in the end for being faithful servant...HEAVEN. Isaiah 65 describes the joyous life we will live in Heaven when Jesus returns, but he will only allow his faithful servants to enter into his kingdom.
