Tiff and Jess are executive producers of the show who own and operate two Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Dallas metroplex in Texas. They got married this past year, but have been together for 12 years. They are here with Beth to share their experiences as queer women working within a company largely branded with an anti-LGBTQ+ reputation.
