Embracing Your Creative Magic Shilo Ratner

For many people, finding inspiration means holding their breath in anticipation and waiting for it to come to them.  Knowing the place where your inspiration lives is one of the most vital questions you can ask yourself as a creative.

After being frustrated with the creative process and trying and failing to force my creativity, I concluded that the place where inspiration lives is within. Any time, I’m finding it hard to see things  differently or solve a problem creatively, I simply close my eyes and  check in with myself, ” Am I connected or disconnected?” In this episode, I share a simple mantra to help you connect to inspiration. 

Being in Peace and being at peace can help you expand yourself creatively and influence your life. This 2 2-minute visualization meditation is exploring the peace within you and your influence in the world.

I know, there are so many ways to meditate that it is hard to know where  to begin. Traditionally meditation is performed in silence, music can  aid in the practice of mindfulness.
