    In this episode we talk with our campus victim advocate from the YWCA Lancaster, Sam Thiry, about sexual violence and its impact on individuals, loved ones, and the community. We discuss resources on campus, and what you can do if someone you love experiences sexual violence or discloses to you.     In this episode, Susan and I talk to counselors from the student wellness center about mental health impacts of living through and in a Pandemic in 2021. We interview Alexis Lake and Susan Schultheis, counselors from the student wellness center (emails linked below) to learn more about current mental health trends on college campuses, how to stay supported and connected, as well as common feelings that are coming up at this stage in the Pandemic.     On our very first episode, Susan and I talk about our experience when we were first year students in college. We also talk to an incoming sophomore who tells us about her experience last year transitioning to college during COVID. In this conversation we touch on many topics, including  utilizing resources on campus, making friends, and getting help when you need it.
