In the moment with Mandy is exactly what it says on the tin. Chatting away about the ultimate goal of being happy and having fun in the moment. How I created the life I desire and how amaze the feeling is when you feel aligned and excited about everything and anything. The law of attraction and being truly thankful has played a big part in how I changed my mindset. Believing in myself and not having any limiting beliefs that I used to have is so refreshing and totally energising. I want to share what works for me and hope to inspire others into creating a beautiful happy fun filled life.

Setting goals no matter how big or small can make you feel excited, nervous and this can sometimes lead to talking yourself out of doing it …. It’s all about the timing and feeling in alignment which is what I recently experienced for a goal I had set myself and I accomplished it last week.

Celebrating and acknowledging every day wins big and small
We often don’t give ourselves enough credit or recognition for the smallest wins that occur every day. We all have a different take on what we class as wins, yet we all accomplish things daily, weekly, monthly. Not forgetting over the years we can look back to see how much progress we have made in certain areas of our lives that we can give ourselves a pat on the back for.

Knowing your values, the hierarchy of them and the reason why.
Delving into what values we have in different areas of our life, in what order and why we put them in this order. There will be different interpretations of what certain values / words means to us. How we implement them into our lives will be what works for us as individuals and not to be compared to how others may do it. It has to work for you and feel good.

Knowing when you are in and out of alignment… recognising the signs
Feeling out of alignment can be frustrating and draining and hard to feel hopeful in the moment that there is a solution to feeling back in alignment. Speaking about it can be so helpful and having guidance from a different perspective.
