Since the pandemic began, I’ve had much more free time and decided to use it as an opportunity to study God’s word with more intention :) The level of inner peace that his word has provided for me has been such an incredible blessing, and I just want to share his message with those around me so that everyone can experience the peace and love that a relationship with God and the studying of his word provide :) 3

Self Love and Body Image
Starting a bit before covid, I started having really bad stomach problems and it just led to me being very insecure about my body :( the pandemic gave me the opportunity to study God’s word more intentionally, which was an immense blessing, but it also led to me feeling even more self conscious due to gaining weight. I forgot to say this in the podcast, but we need to be more kind to our bodies considering the fact that they’re literally keeping us alive during a pandemic (!!!!!!!) I decided to stop struggling alone and search God’s word for help. I have found so much peace in scripture that have helped me to learn how to love myself regardless of what season my body is in, and I hope that this message is able to help you all find that same comfort as well 🥺
