This is a conversation with James Lawley, a leading developer of Clean Language Interviewing (CLI) and its corresponding verification technique.

Creating holiday heaven with three simple questions.

As I was working in a coffee shop this morning I over heard a conversation that mesmerized me.

It made me think about how change can be hard won and working against odds can be difficult. How I have someone I go to to help me work towards my outcomes and how I might be able to help you work towards yours.
