• Sgt. Kevin Suthard is the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer. He has the important responsibility of serving as a liaison between the community and the Sheriff’s Office. To further assist the media, the Sheriff’s Public Information Officer routinely responds “at scene” to serious incidents.
