This podcast is about sharing moments from our younger selves, with the purpose to encourage and build others with some of the lessons we've learnt from past lives, however looking back to the past has many negatives as as well as the positives and so today's episode, briefly highlights some of the cons and pros in looking back to the past.

This episode is an encouragement to anyone who feels unworthy of the grace, mercy and love of God because of their weaknesses. I speak about finding strength in the love and grace of God for when we are weak and when we fall into temptations, instead of running from God, I encourage you to run to God and find strength in his love.
