Today, I decided I would ramble about the toxicity and traumatizing experiences I had from growing up in my small, southern, Kentucky town, as well as the trauma added on by the small-town churches and their members. We talk about bullies, parents who bully other kids, "Christians" who constantly gossip and bash other churches, members, and even children, and how all of that has greatly affected me in my adulthood as well as others with similar experiences. This may ruffle some feathers, but I guess I'm just going for it. If you have had similar experiences, I'd love to hear from you!
