Acknowledge your strengths. Stop the self-doubt‪.‬ Your Divorce Bestie

Happy International Women's Day!!

As we celebrate the strong, inspirational women of the world (I'm talking about you!!), it's not a secret that as we handle difficult moments and become stronger for doing so, we can also be consumed by self-doubt and limiting beliefs.

In this episode Lauren encourages you to reflect, recognize and celebrate how you have grown and what you've accomplished over the past year. We can get caught up in the "what's next" or "was that enough" mindset, so it's important to really pause and take a step back to acknowledge all that you actually have achieved - otherwise it's easy to overlook and never feel satisfied.

Beyond that, Lauren encourages you to take that concept to a micro level - and acknowledge what went well for you TODAY, specifically when something didn't go as planned, or you have self-doubt. When the thoughts of "I'm not good enough" or "was that enough" or "that didn't go right" creep in, replace them with acknowledging what did go right instead - what was another positive outcome of that situation.

Lauren provides some specific, tangible examples that you may relate to and that will help you spark ideas of your own.

Let's move past our limiting beliefs and self-doubt one thought at a time. Let these new thoughts create our actions so that we can achieve our desired outcome.
