His research has been published in leading academic journals and cited in popular outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, CNBC, Inc.com, and Fast Company. Brad holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and previously taught at the University of Illinois and Texas Christian University. Brad has won multiple teaching awards for his work in leadership development, including an international recognition from Poets and Quants.
