Chromatic Spaces Podcast Tan Yin Qi

In Episode 5 of Chromatic Spaces podcast, we will hear about violinist Lim Hao Wei, and his experiences as a music teacher, as well as how he views the difference in playing the violin in classical and pop music. 

Episode 4 of the Chromatic Spaces podcast will feature composer and Ruanist, Sulwyn Lok. In this episode, we will learn more about what Sulwyn does as someone who composes music for both stage and film, as well as the different kinds of considerations he goes through to compose music for different clients, and how he integrates different genres of music together to create his unique fusion music. 

Episode 3 will feature Co-Founder of the TENG Company as well as Sheng player, Yang Ji Wei. In this episode, we will learn more about how Ji Wei brought this passion for chinese traditional music and the Sheng to create the TENG Company, and the many different kinds of achievements he has attained to further enrich the chinese traditional music community in Singapore. 

Episode 2 will feature pianist and vocal coach, Sim Yi Kai. In this episode, Yi Kai will elaborate more about his experiences collaborating with other famous musicians, and all the kinds of interesting people he has met during his experience at the Fall Island Vocal Arts Seminar in New York. 

Episode 1 will feature a double bassist, Julian Li. In this episode, we can hear all about Julian's experiences while doing his Masters in Graz, Austria, and the differences between the music scene in Singapore and Graz. We will also hear a little more about Julian's instrument - the Double Bass - which can often be mistaken as a cello to those unfamiliar with the instrument.
