Combat Season In Northeast Leads To Resurgence Of Attacks And Humanitarian Risk The Crisis Room

As we transition from the rainy to dry season, the risk of renewed attacks by ISWAP insurgents increases. Due to the favourable terrain that comes with the dry season, National Forces in high risk regions would need to step up counter insurgency operations to mitigate rising security and Humanitarian risks.
