Y'all!!  I learned so much during my conversation with Tiffany Ravedutti.  She and her husband own Leaders for Life- a local Martial Arts School.  She has SUCH a passion for athletes and she was kind enough to talk with me about how we as parents can best disciple our athletes.

In part two of my conversation with Sonia, she talks about the importance of not letting parenting get in the way of our spiritual growth.  She also talks about the importance of having a healthy work/life balance.  

In the first part of my conversation with Sonia Rajaji, we talk about marriage.  Sonia reminds us that we can't let parenting get in the way of our marriage. Our kids are watching and our marriage is worth it.
