Get Up and Live Shamyah Tatum

WE ARE BACK AND BETTER! This is the 1st Episode of Season 2, and I wanted to go back to the foundation of this podcast; getting up and living. It has been a very hectic time over the past 2 years, and I needed to remind myself recently that I already have everything I need to fulfill my purpose in life that God has given me. I needed to remind myself that I am chosen by God to do what it is that He has set out for me in this season. I needed to remind myself that I am right where I need to be to continue to grow. God placed this episode on my heart, and I am overjoyed to share it with you all. Thank you for your continuous support as I find my way through life spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. I love you all, and always remember to follow God, Get Up, and Live. Everyday! 

In this episode I am being 110% transparent with you all about my journey with overcoming anxiety. I believe it is extremely important for people who battle with anxiety to be able to acknowledge the fact that they have a problem and the only way to solve it is by running to God. A lot of the times we feel overwhelmed by life, but when we devote time in our lives to go and connect to God every thing will work out for the good of them who believe. I know how it feels, and I pray this touches someones soul. God is able to do just what He said He would do; you must wholeheartedly believe it when you say it. 

Worrying only proves that you don't fully trust God. I know there is a lot going on in the world today, but don't let that stray you away from the faith and trust you have in God. Don't worry about it, sweetheart! God has His hands on you through it all. Don't let the devil knock you off your pivot or distract you from what God is doing in this season. Stay focused, don't worry, and continue to follow God! 

Episode 3 is dedicated to those who are in a place where they should step out on faith, but something seems to try to keep them held back. This episode is to encourage you to break those strongholds and take that step out on faith with God so He can do what He said He is going to do. Trust God and always spread love. Let's talk about it! 

In this episode I will discuss the true meaning of love and why we should always live in love. Love should be a part of our character. I will always encourage all of my listeners and those around me to SPREAD LOVE!
