    I truly believe the majority of companies are too busy chasing the sale, that they don’t pay enough attention to their brand. And by brand, I mean everything that everyone thinks about them. Yes, this means your logo, colors, product packaging… But it also means what people say about you behind closed doors, when somebody asks them for their advice, they recommend your products. Your brand is the heartbeat of your company, and if you’re constantly just chasing the sale, you end up strangling the brand right out of your company. What do you think?

    I’m going to get so much kick back on this. But brands, agencies and all marketers need to realize in our industry, speed is more important than perfection. Outside of regulated industries (financial, healthcare, legal, etc), it pays more to be fast than it does to be perfect. Obsessing over that video? Make sure it tells the right story, then get it out. Have you proofread that Instagram post 437 times? Just post it. Don’t spend 3 months on something that people will forget in 2 seconds.
