There are so many stigmas in the black community when it comes to mental health and the precautions we can take to treat it and avoid the worse episodes and effects that lead to the road to suicide. Today I touch on just a few that are dear to my heart!

Black lives matter, there is no BUT. Questions addressed: Black on black crime/ Is this spiritual?/ the “But”/ lootings & riots vs peaceful protest. This is for the white people in our lives who say they love us. This is why we are mad, why we our outraged, and we are not begging for support from those who are not willing to get it.

This episode is for anyone married or even desiring to be married! I’m sharing some of the things I’ve learned during my FIRST year of marriage! It’s been rocky but God has sustained and graced us! I pray this helps you in the way you need!💗
