Meet the Playwright
A few years ago I wrote a paper exploring the black identity of first generation Jamaican immigrants in Canada. This paper led me to interview over 15 people who all had the this similar experience of not knowing they were black until they moved to Canada. These interviews became the play now known as Black, a Story for some.
