The UConn Huskies made a pair of big moves, securing a commitment from Saint Mary's transfer guard Aidan Mahaney as well as 2024 five-star small forward Liam McNeeley. Danny Hurley's roster looks fairly set as they look to try to three-peat as college basketball national champions, but is Mahaney the kind of guard capable of leading them to a title?

Kansas learned (in hilarious fashion) that Hunter Dickinson will return to school and also picked up a transfer commitment from Alabama’s Rylan Griffen, who will bring the shooting punch that the Jayhawks lacked last year. Meanwhile Mark Pope and Kentucky picked up a trio of transfers in Lamont Butler (San Diego State), Otega Oweh (Oklahoma), and Andrew Carr (Wake Forest). The Wildcats are in the mix for multiple other transfers, such as Great Osobor, Koby Brea, and Aidan Mahaney.

The Miami Hurricanes had a disappointing 2023-24 college basketball season, and now coach Jim Larranaga will have to rebuild without Norchad Omier or Wooga Poplar after the two stars entered the NCAA transfer portal on Thursday. Kyshawn George won't be of help either as he is keeping his name in the 2024 NBA draft, putting the 'Canes in a tough spot as they look to compete in the ACC.
