Missing Mei (aka Mei McIntosh) is the founder and host of The Creative Sober, an online community and podcast where "creatives are navigating sober living through their stories, art, music, and spiritual awareness.” Mei shares stories about growing up with musician parents and always being surrounded by music which led her to the world of DJ'ing. She discusses why she created The Creative Sober community and how it has impacted her own recovery. Kathy and Mei do a little "wiki wiki" and talk about being in a "flow state."
