Today's episode was recorded at the Airspace World in Geneva and Vincent's guest is the CEO of PANSA - Magdalena Jaworska. Magdalena tells her story of joining the ATM industry and re-joining the Polish ANSP, gives updates about the ANSP's current situation, what are the plans for the future as regards the Agency's products and services to be offered to the market, drone traffic development in Poland and about the direction of PANSA after the recent turbulent times. Magdalena talks about gender equality status in Poland and shares her advice for young females considering  a career in ATM. This episode opens the new season of our podcast series. Vincent's guest today is Cliona Mimnagh - the Safety Manager Terminal Services at AirNav Ireland.
