In this episode, Raphael talks with Jessica Temporal. She works as Senior Developer Advocate at Auth0. Jessica is also the co-host and co-founder of Pizza de Dados, the first data science podcast in Brazil. Pizza is debating topics of data science with specialists in a diverse variety of areas in the field. All the episodes are recorded in Portuguese to help increase data literacy in Brazil. She also worked in Operação Serenata de Amor as a data scientist, iFood, Globo and is also part of the instructors' team at Data Bootcamp. In this episode, Raphael talks to one of his inspirations in the IT field: Etiene Dalcol. Etiene is from Rio de Janeiro and currently lives in Barcelona. She is Software Engineer doing NLP / CompLing research, currently developing Polygloss, a mobile game that helps you express yourself in another language. Former lead developer of Sailor, lead organizer of LuaConf, participated in Google Summer of Code as a student and as a mentor, also spoke in many conferences. We talked a bit about the process of learning different languages, pandemic in Europe, diversity and other subjects.
