Linda Tripp was an American hero and civil servant. She will be sorely missed, always remembered, and always appreciated. In short, she helped settle the difference between the president's word and that of the Secret Service officers and agents who were forced to testify against him and tell the truth. Because of her actions, DNA evidence was finally revealed to help settle the dispute. What people don't realize is how the criminal investigation would have escalated and not gone away.
