Nicknamed the New York Ripper, Times Square Killer, and the Torso Killer, Richard Francis Cottingham raped and murdered at least 18 young women over 13 years. After admitting to 9 murders and being convicted and sentenced for each, Richard went on to confess to 8 more under a non-prosecution agreement. Serving multiple life sentences in a New Jersey prison, Richard tends to want to tell his story when the conditions are right. Richard was a monster, not only killing young girls but raping and torturing them, some of them living to tell the tale. The question now is, how many of these women and their families will receive justice?
