But What If I Gain Weight?

But What If I Gain Weight?

This week we are talking about weight gain, it feels like in our body positive world we can’t talk about weight gain unless it is positive.
This is unfortunate because we live in a society that demonizes weight gain so of course we will have negative feelings about weight gain and we want to give you permission to have those feelings.
We add extra stress on those feelings when we feel badly about having feelings. Weight gain doesn’t mean something negative is happening.
Listen to this week’s episode where we answer, How you move past those feelings and how you work on accepting your changing body.
    In this episode we mentioned:
Episode 48 Grieving Your Ideal Body and Sitting in the Discomfort with Brianna Campos, LPC Body Image Coach
Episode 79 Letting Go of Unrealistic Diet Culture Fashion Standards with Personal Stylist Guest Dacy Gillespie
