As Christian women, there can often be an expectation that we have to be involved in everything and always say yes. It's like it comes as part of what we would call as serving or being obedient even. 

But, are there times when it is actually more beneficial to say no, sometimes? Do we even feel like we can say no, even if it means coming across in a manner that people do not expect?

Can I have your ear for 15 minutes, please? (Don't say no!)

Have you every stopped to think about how powerful your choices are as a woman? Or how your choices can significantly impact the direction that you take? We have been blessed with a wonderful gift to choose, but often times we can underestimate the implications and the responsibility that comes with it.

In this podcast episode, I hope to encourage us to take better care of our choices, and to start a journey where we begin to understand more about what may be motivating us in our decisions.

In light of the recent climate that we are in, information is crucial for us. In fact, information has become more of a necessity as a way of life for us. 
But, are some us experiencing a bit of 'information overload' that is creating an inability for us to handle things to best of our ability?
