Today I am finally sitting down to record my MOST highly requested episode - performance enhancing drugs in female bodybuilding. As someone who has been very open about using assistance, I get a lot of questions about this and I knew I wanted to do this topic justice. So, I invited my very own coach, Mr Christian Chapman (@coachedbychristian on IG) to discuss the ins and outs of PED use in female bodybuilding, both from a theoretical side but also a practical side and what ACTUALLY is used.
We discuss:
- androgenic and non-androgenic assistance
- TRT/HRT
- individual responses to drugs
- what to consider before being assisted
- what actual female drug use looks like among varying competitor levels
- risks/side effects/etc
