37. CREATE a VISION to IMPROVE your MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH in 2022 Damn she is STRONG

The power of visualization can help us get to the next level. Each year I always create a vision board for myself, but this year I hope we can do it together as a community. When we see the life we want in our minds and what we hope for it helps us get to where we want to go. This year, as I think about manifestation, I am hoping to improve my mental health and physical health in ways I have never been able to do before.

If we do it together as friends, we can give each other more accountability and have fun at the same time. I'm so grateful for the recent calendar photoshoot experience. It was a healing experience for all. 2022 will be the best year ever and different for me in terms of my health and the things I want to do to improve my mental state. Making a visual representation of our goals can help us have the physical and mental health we dream of.  Mental practices like visualization can increase motivation, confidence, and even motor performance. It's important to remember to visualize your goals when you're working towards improving your mental and physical health. In one study, researchers found that in athletes, visualization was almost as effective as physical practice.

I'm hoping to get more comfortable with my body this coming year. Putting pictures of other women that inspire me on my vision board or myself at my best version is empowering. Using words like "confidence" on my board will help me visualize a greater future for myself as well. Take a moment to reflect on two things that matter the most to you. For me, it's my physical and mental health. Bring those two things that matter the most to you at the forefront of your mind. Focus on the words or quotes you find the most powerful, for me they are, "stress less" and "don't worry, be happy". 

When you map out your goals with the goal getter guidebook select two main areas of your life that are the most important to you. This will help you create that vision for yourself in 2022.
