Body Scan to Release Stress Meditate with Andrea

    • Salud mental

Total time = 10minutes. We can hold the stress of daily life in parts of our body. Some hold onto stress in the upper back, the neck, the belly, the low back, maybe the jaw. By taking a little time out of the day to be still, quiet, and scan the body to release, we may feel a little lighter, calmer, more at ease. We can release tension by centering our attention and connecting to those various part of the body.

This meditation is best done while seated or lying down. We use binaural beats, and is best done when wearing headphones. Please do not use this meditation while driving.
