New backpacks, new clothes, a chance to redefine yourself. Freshman year opportunities and challenges like getting sick from dining hall food or showing up at a Bible study instead of a house party. Fear not, for there is hope for you timid freshman. I asked several college students and recent graduates to tell me: if you could give your freshman self advice, what would it be?

Adulting is something every college student has to do as part of growing up. Sometimes, the struggle is very real. These stories prove that there will be growing pains as you learn to navigate adulthood.
