Jared has navigated the pressures and expectations of being a man and through his self-improvement journey is now committed to opening up and expressing his vulnerability. He joined the men's group at King Of Hearts and was able to put into practice the art of expressing himself. His courage, honesty and trust with himself and others has lead to incredible breakthroughs, and he's now living a life with more lightness and authenticity.
