The last part of each episode includes suggestions for an expressive art practice to continue the work begun in your imagery.
Jennifer L. Cossman, MT-BC, FAMI is a board-certified music therapist and fellow of the Association of Music and Imagery. She utilizes her expertise with the expressive arts to help her clients (and YOU) find the strength within themselves to be fully authentic.

- Tap water
- Water-soluble food coloring (if desired). You can color your water with various fruits and vegetables if you don't have food coloring at home.
- Spoon, straw, eyedropper, etc - means of "delivering" the water to your paper... be creative!
- Various types of paper. Can include printer paper, cardstock, mixed media paper, tissue paper (from gift bags), any other kind of paper you want to use!
