Holiday Connection Through Writing with Noted Baking Bread with Tayler Duden

    • Salud mental

Happy holiday season everyone! While maybe we're excited for the season, are you feelin a little funky too? That makes sense! We've been through a year of all years, and just at the time that we could be using that holiday connection the most, it's not very safe to do so. We absolutely might have some hard feelings come up, some days we just aren't feelin it. AND this holiday season, we can get creative on how to connect and share a whole lot of life in new and different ways! We'll be talkin all about that over on the pod, and I'm so excited to introduce you to our first guest to do just that! Allison, co-founder of Noted, a stationery store here in Houston, shares with us how we can use writing to connect with ourselves and others this holiday. From writing a note of gratitude, to spending time processing your thoughts in a journal, we've got so many inspiring ways to still connect with love ones, and take care of yourself too.
