Sometimes it’s all too easy to get consumed by our thoughts, but through creating a daily practice of noticing them without becoming involved in them we can begin to create an awareness. Through creating awareness, we begin to recognise what our ‘hot thoughts’ are; the thoughts that tend to drop up most often.
