So here it is: Listen to your own advice, sometimes. You know what you need to do, you know what you should do. But a lot of times, you just don't listen to yourself, because you're too stuck in your head about it. You're surrounded by negative thoughts and you can't get passed it. I think you should do something impulsive. Without thinking. That friend, who you haven't spoken to in months, either because of no reason, or perhaps a good reason? Text them. Right now. If you want. I think if it's something you want to do, but outside, or inside forces are preventing you from doing so ... just do it. I did it, and it was good. In this case, you can do what I did. But just this once.

Here it is, I guess. Don't take your friends for granted. Maybe they're struggling as much, if not more so than you are. Reach out, say hey, try to get out of your head for just one minute. Of course, I won't be doing any of this. But that's how it goes. Don't do what I do.
