    Fear is something we all experience, even when we think we are not, we can live with an underlying fear, something we fear happening to us. Fear makes us prepared for fearful things, but can this be an addiction.  Could be actually be addicted to fear? If so why? How do we stop?.  In this episode I discuss the source of fear, addiction to fear and how to overcome it so we can feel calmer and safer in our own being.
