In this episode, I'll be talking about how my childhood traumas built fear into my life and how that changed my feelings of safety and comfort. I also talk about how I triggered myself by accident and how I'm trying to process it.

MARIGOLD: HEALING EXPERIENCE started as a podcast where I spoke about things that plagued me and sat heavily on my chest. I also spoke about my battle with depression and anxiety. At the start of 2022, I took a break from podcasting because it was hard talking about my depression when I felt like my wounds were still a little fresh.

This episode serves as a reintroduction of how the HEALING EXPERIENCE series is going to be run for this season.
