    When you think of “journaling,” you might say i'am not a good writer, or it is not just for me which could be true.

    Maybe the word ‘’ journaling “has connotation that it’s for young people or for women, it’s not true Journaling is for anyone who can write! It is a form of self-expression and a form of self-care.

    If the traditional pen-and-paper method gets your ideas flowing, then use it. Otherwise you can have with using a note-taking app!

    Journaling has proven benefits for your mental health and it is FREE so this weekend i am inviting you to join me to practice journaling as a form of Self-Care

     

    There different types of journaling, so choose a journaling method that works for YOU , and it might be better to combine it with other healthy practices .

    on this short podcast episode i would like to share with you two questions that will help you design a work-life plan so you can reach what i like to call work-life harmony because i simply do not believe Work-life balance concept. I prefer a work - life harmony because i think when we  bring effectiveness to the equation and learn how to set our healthy boundaries we will be then able to reach our goals at work and in our personal life.


    I also do not believe in making assumptions and i like to to write things down and that's why I am sharing with you today two questions that will help you start designing your work - life plan and helps you by bringing clarity.
