My version of 'Self-Love', Where my journey began and a glimpse on what I did to 'Heal' through Heartbreak Rambling Rachel

    • Salud mental

I wanted to share a little bit of my back story, why I decided to chose 'self-love' and 'heal' over a relationship that broke and woke me...

I did originally think if I healed myself 'then maybe this person would take me back'... the truth of the matter is, we did not get back together and we do not live happily ever after with one another. However, I do wish this person Love and Light, and appreciate the journey we did have and I feel liberated to say I am glad it ended.

To the person in this story, thank you! I would never had gotten the opportunity to know, grow and to love myself!

This podcast is not me telling you how perfect and fixed I am, this is still a journey, I am still working on it, I know I am not perfect and I am not striving for perfection.

I felt sharing my personal hardships, might help someone else know they're not alone and can too find a way out of negative situation! You don't need to force yourself to be something you're not, or settle with someone or something that doesn't see you for the incredible being you're!

I want to help and remind others the same, it is ok to be you! love and accept yourself in your own unique way! you deserved to be loved!

Thank you for taking the time to listen to this podcast.
