    This episode is all about self confidence and just knowing yourself and being one with your mind. I really hope this episode inspired you to be yourself and think about things we normally don’t in our every day lives. Self confidence has always been a struggle for me but I’ve really just now have been really trying to fix it. I always get nervous whenever I’m put in to anxious situations but I have usually found my way to cope with it without making it a big deal but for some people it is a big deal I know the anxiety is really hard to deal with and so confidence is a big deal with that you need confidence with your every day life so it’s important to know how to use it to your advantage it’s not only self-confidence so it’s also speech confidence or word confidence because you need to have confidence in what you say or you just won’t be able to say it so yeah that’s all for today/tonight I hope you all have an amazing day or night and I will see you next time I’m positive people podcast also shout out to one of my best friends Natalie I’m not sure if she’s looking in the description but she’s so amazing and has definitely help me with my anxiety

    Control over yourself help for the holidays- help with anxiety- positive people podcast-

    This episode is really about knowing that you have control over yourself and not thinking any different. This episode is not meat to tell people what to do but it is to guide people to because a better and positive People. Sometimes especially during the holidays it can be a little nerve-racking when people ask a lot of questions like for example what do you want for Christmas and sometimes for some people that can be a really easy and quick question but for people like me it might be a little bit harder because I don’t know about you but I definitely feel put on the spot when people ask me questions like that but this episode hopefully will help you get through it so I hope that you like it and if you do please follow me. As I was saying sometimes it can just be really anxious and nerve-racking but sometimes we just have to get through it and it’s all about control over us but also our actions and our words. It’s important to know that we are the boss of ourselves and no one can tell us different even our friends and family because we have to know ourselves better than we know anything else because that’s really the key to being positive knowing every single bit of your personality is in my opinion the key to being positive and A really loving person overall, but It can also build up your mental health even if you don’t really have that great of a mental health or even if you have a great mental health you can always get better no matter what because I know that in our every day lives we are put in a lot of stress with everything even if it’s small because everyone’s different and we all handle stress and anxiety differently, but I think this episode is for anyone who just needs a little bit of guidance. so yeah I hope you guys enjoyed and I will see you next time on positive people podcast. :)
