    Kenneth Davis is a Primary Counselor and Adventure Program Coordinator at ARCH Academy, leading our fly-fishing program to connect patients with the natural world and 12-step concepts. Kenneth began working in addiction treatment in 2016, helping those struggling gain better perspective on family, spirituality, and growth. Kenneth says the most inspiring part of his job is watching positive change happen right before his eyes.

    Todd Mulligan is a beacon of hope in the field of addiction recovery. Emerging from his own struggle with addiction, Todd found solace and transformation at Cumberland Heights addiction treatment center. His courageous journey, including a pivotal appearance on the television show "Intervention," propelled him towards a path of advocacy and support for others battling similar demons. Currently serving as a concierge account manager at Cumberland Heights, Todd bridges the gap between individuals seeking help and the resources available for recovery. His personal experience, coupled with his unwavering dedication, makes Todd a guiding light for those navigating the often challenging road to recovery.

    As an alumna of Cumberland Heights, Robin Figlio was inspired to help others find life-saving treatment for addiction and joined our team in 2015. As admissions coordinator, Robin enjoys helping people take their first step to recovery, being an advocate for our patients, and watching them continue their recovery journeys. Robin also has several family members that have received care at Cumberland Heights. She says that the people that work here create a great, supportive community to begin the journey of sobriety.

    There is a bright-eyed enthusiasm to singer/songwriter Tayla Lynn that cannot be denied. There is a warmth in her voice, truth behind her piercing blue eyes, and genuine affection when she speaks of her history, her family and friends, and most of all her art. Born into one of Nashville’s greatest musical dynasties, Lynn’s passion for singing and performing was sparked from an early age. “I can’t remember a time that I wasn’t in the wings in some town somewhere, watchin’ my Memaw [Loretta Lynn] and my Daddy [Ernest Ray Lynn] on stage” recalls Tayla. She was four the first time she remembers her Memaw taking her on stage. Lynn recounts “I started singing as soon as I opened my mouth.”

    Gary Fisher has been involved in the behavioral health field for more than 30 years, having been a board member for the Utah Council for Crime Prevention, the Recovery Management Alliance, and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, a past chair for the NAATP Leadership Convention, and President of the Cirque Lodge Foundation. He has worked tirelessly in our industry to weave the threads of collegial good nature between facilities, always giving of his time, energy, and experience to help those organizations and individuals in need and in 2010 received the Promises Foundation Award for Distinguished Service in the field of recovery. Gary served as Executive Director of Cirque Lodge for most of its existence, guiding and developing the program into what it is today. In the spring of 2022, Gary announced his intention to step back from daily operations at Cirque, becoming an Emeritus Director. His ever present energy and zeal, laughter and love, and steadfast dedication was and continues to be an inspiration to the team here. Most importantly, he has and continues to serve in his local 12 step community, carrying the message of hope to the addict and alcoholic who still suffers.
