Here to Stomp the Stigma today is first responder Sachin Latti!  He began running for his mental health because of the pandemic restricting his usual fitness activities.  This past November he ran 100km to raise funds and awareness for veteran and first responder mental health.  This year he plans on running 8 ultra marathons to raise even more, leading to his ultimate goal of running across Canada in 2025!  In this week’s episode we talk about why this cause means so much to him, and even more about his own personal mental health journey and what he is doing to improve himself.
This is part 2 of Sachin’s episode, so if you haven’t heard part 1 go back and listen to episode 52!
