a renewed desire for love
We were designed to love and to be loved, but how do we navigate relationships while trusting in the Lord's provision in today's world? In this episode, my friend Sitara shares nuggets of wisdom on why we desire to be loved, and how we can renew our desires for lesser love by bringing our deepest longings to the Lord and finding our needs met in Him with fullness and abundance. "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4)

on jealousy & insecurity
Hey friends!! In this episode my friend Davida and I talk about how insecurity can lead to feelings such as jealousy and comparison, oftentimes without us noticing our own self-doubt. We dive deep into how we have experienced these feelings in our own lives, and how we can find resolve, peace, & freedom from self-criticism by remembering our identities are in Christ.Â
