After an emotionally charged tiff we talk about what lead up to that, how we resolved it, and the ultimate outcomes of it all. It's never easy to admit the obvious but it is always liberating and good when it's all put on the table.

Ever listen to that voice inside your head that pushes you to stand your ground no matter what? Unless your cornered in a fight that thought is usually wrong. Being wrong and admitting you're wrong are two very different things, and on this episode we try to navigate through those choppy waters.

We all make mistakes and Erick is feeling his right now. Mistakes have the ability to make us into stronger individuals if we heed the lesson, but if we take long to rectify the errors square one will be our habitual starting point. Let this episode be a warning about putting things off and having the courage to keep traying. 

Isn't it funny how easily we are molded to like or dislike someone by their most insignificant characteristic? Wouldn't it be nice if we could dislike each other for being assholes rather than what we look like? Oh one can dream. On this cast we discuss our brushes with racism and our hopes for the future. It looks promising, and we still have a long way to go, but we're getting there.
